ENGINE CLEANING
WALNUT BLASTING
Walnut shell blasting at JLS cleans the valves and intake ports, clearing out carbon build-up from direct injection engines. The blasting tool is a specialised piece of technology that we are fortunate to have at our workshop , it utilises pressurised air to shoot finely crushed walnut shells into the intake tract and these blast against the carbon at such velocity that it is completely cleared.

DPF CLEANING
If your DPF is clogged you might notice a reduction in engine performance or that you’re having to fill up at the pump more often, and if the DPF is left too long without being cleaned, the sooty deposits in there can start to harden and may eventually cause damage.
